Tape tensile test

The commonly used instrument is a tensile tester. The first is to slowly apply a load to both ends of the sample, so that the task of the sample is partially subjected to axial tension, causing the sample to extend in the axial direction. Normally proceed until the break. After tensile test, the tensile strength and plastic characteristics of the data can be determined. The tensile test specimens shall conform to the relevant national and industry code requirements for tensile test of divergent data.
Tensile test curve Stress-strain tensile curve.
The tensile curve can be divided into four phases: 1. The 10-point elastic deformation phase corresponds to the PP value called proportional limit load. The value of Pe corresponding to point b is called the elastic limit load (the maximum resistance that does not occur in eternal deformation). The 0a segment L is directly proportional to the ab-segment plastic deformation of the straight segment of p segment (0.001-0.005%)
The hardness test is an agile and economical mechanical test method. It is one of the most common methods for measuring the mechanical function of data. It is the only test that does not damage the mechanical function of the test piece. There are also change tests, fatigue tests, creep tests, slack tests, and endurance tests in product testing.
Tightening test, contrary to tensile test, is used to determine the relative shortening rate and section increasing rate of data under static effects. The fundamental requirement for a compact style is that the two support end faces must be bent in parallel with each other. The bending test is mainly used to determine the bending strength limit, elastic modulus and maximum deflection of the data or components. It can be divided into simply supported beam bending test and pure bending test.
The shear test is mainly used to determine the anti-shear ability of the data. It is generally used to evaluate the quality of the wire for rivets. The shear test is divided into a single shear test and a bidirectional shear test. The instrument is an all-round material.
